Paul is the Co-founder and Managing Director of Real Talk International. He has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and postgraduate qualifications in Sexual Health and Theology. Paul is married to Emma and has six beautiful children. He has twenty years of experience working with young people.

Paul has a long history of leadership in ministry and business. He was awarded “Professional Leader of the Year” in 2014 as part of the Catholic Leader Awards. He still maintains his passion for presenting the life-changing Real Talk message and is a sought-after speaker nationally.

Paul has spoken at many events around Australia and New Zealand including the Australian Summit Against Sexual Exploitation, New Zealand Association of Christian Schools National Conference, Queensland Associated Christian Schools Conference, The Download (LMI), Ignite National Youth Conference, Australian Catholic Youth Festival, Renaissance of Marriage National Conference and the Men Alive and Young Men of God National Conferences.

Kristen is a Senior Manager with Real Talk (Bookings, Logistics, Primary Schools). Kristen manages Real Talk’s communication and scheduling with schools and bookings and coordinates the teams travel around Australia and New Zealand. She has a Bachelor in Business Management and a Certificate in Ministry.

Kristen also shares her talents and wisdom as the Primary Manager. Coordinating the Primary Team in schools for student days and parent nights. Kristen loves presenting in this space and especially enjoys engaging with parents to share her knowledge and experience on the important topics we cover.

Before Real Talk, Kristen was a Travel Agent and then moved into Youth Ministry in the role of Brisbane South Youth Coordinator. Kristen has also worked in administration of a local church and has experience in function and event management. You will also occasionally find her at Brisbane’s main performing arts venue ushering shows. Kristen is married to Daniel, and they have four children with ages ranging from 12-19 years.

Linda is a Senior Manager with Real Talk (Operations, Resources and General Manager). This includes overseeing the operational aspects of the ministry plus managing the online platforms Real Talk Education and Real Talk Parents. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Journalism and is a Certified Expert in Ontraport.

She has extensive experience in Event and System Management through her 13 year involvement as an Event Manager with Easterfest, and the Australian Christian Lobby.

Linda and her husband pastor a church in Bundaberg, and she also serves on the board for the Queensland Baptists. Linda has a passion for excellence and enjoys developing new ways for Real Talk to provide quality content to schools, teachers, students, and parents.

Sarah has a passion for authentic early education and connecting with young people on a level that helps them better understand themselves and the world around them. She has a Bachelor of Primary Education and a Master of Religious Education and has volunteered in various youth ministry spaces over the past 10 years. Other than presenting for Real Talk, Sarah is a wife, mum, and part-time primary school teacher.

Matt has a heart for young people. Having worked in a variety of youth ministry positions since graduating, he now brings this experience into his role of speaking with thousands of young people each year. Matt is grateful to share Real Talk’s positive message on topics that deeply matter, and he has an appreciation for the power of telling stories and listening to the stories of others. Matt is recently married to Jennifer, and he is studying in primary and secondary education.

Georgina graduated with a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics (Hons) in 2023 and has paired this university experience with 7 years of youth and young adult ministry predominantly in Brisbane, and the Northern Territory. She has a passion that all might know of the immense dignity of the human person, and of the life that can be found in healthy relationships. When she is not travelling with Real Talk, you might see her drinking a cup of tea or writing a good old fashioned letter.
