Peter has worked as a senior leader in a Government agency, been CEO of two NGOs and sat on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organisations, churches and school boards. He has also chaired or been a member of several international forums and has successfully advocated for amendments to a number of NZ regulations and legislation to improve community outcomes. As a committed follower of Jesus, Peter seeks to use his skills to assist the governance and leadership of a number of not-for-profit boards of various Christian ministries so they can flourish in their endeavours. Peter also has established an import company in India and is working to grow that business across the sub-continent.

Paul is the co-founder and Managing Director of Real Talk International. He has a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, postgraduate qualifications in Sexual Health and Theology (Marriage and Family). He is married to Emma-lee and they have six beautiful children. In 2014, as part of the Community Leader Awards, Paul was awarded the Professional Leader of the Year. Paul has been invited to speak at a variety of events in Australia and New Zealand. Paul uses his powerful life story and builds on fifteen years of ministry experience to present a life-changing message on a variety of topics to over 10 000 people each year.
